The Editor takes a closer look at some of this month's articles.

The article discusses various reports published within the issue, including one by Mehr and colleagues on the prediction of late-phase reaction in children with anaphylaxis, one by Shichijo and colleagues on the use of prostanoid DP1 antagonist in treating asthma and the study by Boudousquié and colleagues which demonstrates that the removal of a putative CD25 positive regulatory T cell results to the loss of tolerance to allergen.
