Abstract
- The article discusses a court case wherein a former affiliate of YTB International Inc. filed a lawsuit against the company for alleged illegal pyramid scheme. It notes that the affiliates's case has been combined into the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. Moreover, it mentions that the complaint was dismissed by Judge G. Patrick Murphy of the U.S. District Court for Southern Illinois and was referred to refile the case.
