Abstract
- The article reports on the lawsuit filed by Anatomic Global against Tempur-Pedic where Anatomic lacks personal jurisdiction in Virginia. In connection with the lawsuit, Anatomic also sued Tempur-Pedic in U.S. District Court in California, seeking a declaratory judgment which shows that Tempur-Pedic's patents are invalid. Moreover, David Farley, Anatomic chief executive officer, states that the move is key to the commitment they made to their customers.
