Abstract: Reports on the case filed by the American Furniture Warehouse owner Jake Jabs and Coloradans, a group of about 80 advertisers, against daily newspapers "The Denver Post" and "Rocky Mountain News" in Denver City, Colorado on its alleged advertising rate increase after the federally approved joint operating agreement took effect in January 2001.
