Abstract

The article examines different cases wherein surrogacy interferes with the rights, welfare and interests of children born through surrogacy arrangements in Australia. It notes the regulation and legalisation of the surrogacy policy by the New South Wales Standing Committee on Law and Justice in the region. It notes the possible occurrence of complications involving surrogacy arrangements. It explores various cases that involve complications regarding surrogacy arrangements. Furthermore, it also emphasizes the negative impact of the surrogacy arrangement complications to the children.
