Abstract
- The article examines charges of motor vehicle homicide against Michael Bryant, a former attorney general of Ontario, related to the August 31, 2009 death of bicycle courier Darcy Allan Sheppard in a wealthy shopping district of Toronto, Ontario. The two men's lives prior to the accident are described, and Bryant's likely legal defense against the charges discussed.
