Abstract
- The article presents a case study of a 22-year-old Japanese woman with non-palpable pigmented patches with interspersed discrete brown macules. It notes that the patient had no history of abnormal cutaneous pigmentation. Multiple, discrete, and coalescing macules were found in the physical examination. It states that the patient was considered healthy because of the absence of pigmentation of the mucosa in the patient's eye or mouth.
