Abstract

The article discusses the status of heart failure disease and how heart failure patients are managed in Georgia. It says that heart failure patients with mild or chronic symptoms are performed with ECG, chest X-rays, and biochemical analysis, by the general practitioners. In addition, heart failure patients with visible signs and symptoms of the disease seek directly to the hospital for medical care. Moreover, the Ministry of Health covered the cost of treatment for heart failure patients.
