The creation of government recognized conservation units to categorize different legal bodies of different biomes is highlighted. Details are given examining the increase in development and refinement of environmental law in the nation before the period, the challenges of logistical efficiency inherent in the system, and evaluating the effectiveness of their resource management in maintaining the defined units as of 2009.
