Abstract
- The article reports on the steady progress of Crewe Works on several locomotives shops of Peter Waterman's works in Great Britain. It is stated that the return of ex-LMS 6100 Royal Scot takes place in Mid-October. It is also noted that the re-tubing work on the boiler of Barry Railway's Standard 70000 Britannia has been completed and will return to its previous base on the Nene Valley Railway. In addition, the overhaul has been completed for Churnet Valley Railway's 4F 44422.
