Abstract
- The article discusses a study on whether c-JUN N-terminal kinases (JNKs) plays a role in the regulation of vascular tone. The effect of JNK inhibitors on vascular reactivity in aortic rings in organ bath and on angiotensin (Ang) II-induced pressor responses in vivo in Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats was investigated by the researchers. The results indicate that JNK signaling has a role in the regulation of vascular tone.
