Economic policy outlook.

The article forecasts the condition of the economic policy of the Philippines for 2010-2011 with regards to its policy trends, fiscal, and monetary policy. The tax revenue collection in 2009 failed to meet government projections, as the economy grows, the budget deficit will narrow to 2.8% of gross domestic product (GDP) in 2011. The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) has lowered the borrowing and lending rates, however, it will withdraw its incentive to prevent inflation.
