Academic Equality and Cooperative Justice.

The article provides the author's insights on whether the same research articles submitted in different languages violate the standards of academic journal publishing and ethics, and shows self-plagiarism. The author suggests that editors of non-English journals must require a detailed English abstract which will be edited by journal editors or by members of the journal editorial board to address the imbalance in written articles. Meanwhile, the author proposes the establishment of a World Translators' Organization (WTO) to translate research articles for scientists or scholars from developing countries.
