Abstract

The article focuses on the author's view reforming the health system in Australia. It is said that the health-care system has made a slow progress because of the difficulty of applying simple market solutions and complexity. It is noted that there are three major proposals in 2009. It is cited that the proposal of the National Health and Hospitals Reform Commission contains 123 recommendations which consists of e-health and infrastructure in which the cost is about 5.7 billion dollars.
