Abstract
- The article discusses a study on the differences between the regulatory and pro inflammatory cytokine responses to toll-like receptors (TLR)-1-6 stimulation of cord blood vessels of neonates and adults. The study used a variety of TLR ligands, which include zymosan, flagellin and Pam3CSK4. It aims to determine the role of TLR in the immune response of neonates.
