Abstract
- The article discusses a court case wherein the plaintiff Ryanair Ltd. complained in the High Court of Ireland that defendants Bravofly Ltd. and English company Travelfusion Ltd. infringed its intellectual property. Bravofly and Travelfusion alleged in their defence and counterclaim that Ryanair abused its dominant position in the marketplace in dispute of domestic and European competition law. The court ruled that Travelfusion would be struck out of the case as it is out of their jurisdiction.
