Kidney transplantation has become the treatment of choice for children with end-stage renal disease and offers recipients an excellent quality of life. Following kidney transplantation several types of medical and surgical complications can arise. In this report, a testicular torsion occurring on the sixth day after pediatric kidney transplantation is described.
