Abstract
- The article presents a study which compares the accuracy, reproducibility, and time required for fetal biometric measurements by an inexperienced operator using three-dimensional (3D) and two-dimensional (2D) ultrasonography. The study measured 50 fetuses at a gestational age of 17-34 weeks, including biparietal diameter (BPD), abdominal circumference (AC), and head circumference (HC). The study concludes that the inexperienced operator obtained reproducible fetal biometric measurements.
