Abstract
- The article presents a study on the effect of a nutrient-circulated micropropagation system on growth of potato plantlets under varied numbers of air exchanges. There are four acrylic vessels, nutrient reservoir, control and measurement unit in the system. Plantlets under photoautotrophic micropropagation system (PAS) has shown a significant increase in all the growth characteristics compared with photomixotrophic micropropagation (PMM). Uniform and healthy plantlets are said to be successfully produced by PAS.
