Abstract
- Information on the topics discussed at the 2007 Tessin Lecture held at the Nationalmuseum in Sweden and hosted by Professor Martin Kemp regarding Italian drawings is presented. It says that Kemp cited artist Francesco di Simone Ferrucci's study of Alessandro Tartagni's tomb in San Domenico as a paradigm of a contract drawing. The lecture featured various 15th and early 16th century drawings, including "Virgin and Child attended by Saints," "Adoration of the Kings," and "Valley with a River."
