Examines the transplantation of cardiomyocytes for repairing myocardial infarction disease. Mobilization of the bone marrow cells for repairing the infarcted heart; Conduction of echocardiography and hemodynamics for the examination; Use of cytoplasmic and nuclear markers for cell differentiation.
