Abstract
- A new airborne MTI scheme that applies to non-homogeneous clutter environment is presented. Results of simulation have proved that the scheme has a superior ground clutter suppression performance and can effectively prevent the whitening of a target [ABSTRACT FROM PUBLISHER]
