As stated, Honeywell International Inc. has developed head-up displays for aircrafts to enable pilots to get a weather-free view while landing the aircraft and taxiing it to the gate. The changes in regulations in Europe and the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) will enable airline and charter cockpits to use enhanced vision technology to improve eye contact with the runway environment.
