Abstract

The article features Indiana artist Tim Kennedy. He says that he started painting with watercolor at the age of 15 or 16 but he also had an exposure to abstraction while a student at Carnegie Mellon University, Pennsylvania. He went to graduate school at Brooklyn College in New York and went to Italy to resume painting landscape directly in water and oil. He returned to New York and started painting abstracts but in 1996, he moved to Indiana and pursued watercolor paintings. Some of his works including Backyard, Bob and Red Bud are also presented.
