Abstract

The article offers developments related to the U.S. foreign relations with other countries worldwide. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger did much to restore the Sino-American relations after experiencing a 23-year break. In the Middle East, Egyptian President Anwar Sadat claimed that Kissinger made several secret agreements as of the Sinai deals. Kissinger and President Gerald Rudolf Ford plans to visit the Middle East in the spring of 1976 to urge Israelis to consider new negotiations to secure nonbelligerency from Sadat.
