Abstract

The article mentions about the violence that still prevails in Vietnam. It mentions that with the decrease in the number of soldiers of the U.S. army violence has become a fact of among the remaining troops in Vietnam. It also discusses an incident when Major Michael Davis of Bennetsville of South Carolina was murdered by an African American soldier. It mentions that according to Major General James Baldwin, commander of the Americal Division, such cases of violence should be taken very seriously and also discusses the plans to be incorporated by the army to control it.
