Excessive Entanglement.

The article reports on the decision of the U.S. Supreme Court on the plan of New York Governor Nelson Rockefeller to disburse 33 million dollars for secular educational services of parochial schools. It says that the court declared his plan as unconstitutional and an excessive entanglement between religion and government. However, Rockefeller and Republican legislative leaders declares that they will help parochial schools possibly through state income tax deductions from student's parents.
