The article discusses the problem of Islamic radicalization within the borders of Sweden despite the country's characteristics as a model of what a modern liberal democracy, an exemplar of tolerance, humanitarianism and diplomacy. It states that the phenomenon is a form called Stockholm syndrome which is self-deceptive, self-defeating and suicidal as the democratic values such as free-speech are sacrificed on the altar of political-correctness.
