Abstract

The article presents information about the importance of organizational harmony and human relations in industrial and corporate settings. The author presents background information about human relations theory and the sociological aspects of corporate culture and the happiness of employees. Details related to Douglas McGregor's studies of integration of the individual into the group are presented. A discussion is presented about managerial aspects of harmony as in integral part of a productive work environment.
