Abstract
- The article features works, achievements, conduct of life and career of 95-year-old publisher Edward King Gaylord, owner of the Oklahoma Publishing Co., in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Despite his old age, he keeps abreast with advanced technological innovations, lifts wooden barbells, walks two miles everyday, and neither smokes and drinks alcoholic beverages. He used his publication to bring in federal and industry grants and to drive prostitutes and gamblers out of the city.
