Abstract
- The article features Bikini Atoll in the Marshall Islands. It notes that the place was the site of the world's fourth atomic detonation and the cradle of the hydrogen bomb. It mentions that Atomic Energy Commission has not yet revealed the results of a year-old survey of Bikini's habitability, however a study from the University of Washington, in 1964, found that the atoll has made a remarkable recovery.
