Abstract

The article focuses on the political and economic revival in Argentina under the leadership of Provisional President Pedro Eugenio Aramburu. During the tenure of former President Juan Domingo Perón, he had demolished the Argentine democracy and controlled the economy, which resulted to unproductiveness of land and stagnant gross national product. Seeing the country's downfall, then General Aramburu joined a military coup d'etat to dethrone the dictatorship of Perón in 1955.
