The General Must Wait.

The article reports that Defense Minister of Germany Franz Josef Strauss has kept Brigadier General Burkhart Mler-Hillebrand from waiting at his office. It states that Strauss has proposed a promotion for lieutenant colonel of Defense Ministry but the General objected strongly that led the Minister to order Mler-Hillebrand to report at his office in uniform. Furthermore, the General has obeyed the Minister's order but when he waited outside his office for 30 minutes, Mler-Hillebrand walked out.
