Abstract
- The article focuses on the state visit of Egypt President Hosni Mubarak in Washington D.C. to reaffirm Egypt's friendship with the U.S. It highlights the private meeting between U.S. President Ronald Reagan and Mubarak discussing foreign policy issues. Statements from Mubarak and Regan on the outcome of the talks are also presented.
