Deodorizing finishing of wool blended fabric using with β - cyclodextrin.

In this experiment, durable deodorizing finishing of wool/polyester blended fabric using β -cyclodextrin and BTCA was done. The fabric's absorbability of ammonia is the criterion. Some effective factors such as the concentrations of β -CD, BTCA and sodium hypophosphite monohydrate, curing temperature and time were investigated to find out appropriate process. The fabric finished by the appropriate process was tested by Japan spinners inspecting foundation and the result indicated that the fabric had good deodorizing ability. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
