Abstract
- The article presents the climate change order for 2009 from New Zealand's Governor-General Anand Satyanand. It notes that the order exempts those who do not exceed certain thresholds from being participants in respect of activities listed in the section 60 of the Climate Change Response Act 2002. It adds that the Governor-General made the order with consent from the Executive Council and recommendation from the Minister for Climate Change Issues.
