Plädoyer für ein interessenorientiertes Mediationsmodell.

The article presents the author's opinions concerning the article "Mediation - Pfade zum Frieden" by professor Leo Montada. Although agreeing with the core of the article, she disagrees on two points: that some of Montada's theses are not correct concerning the discourse about mediation in German speaking countries or about the actual practice of mediation in Germany. She also disagrees with the suggestion that the concept of "interest" should be avoided in the vocabulary of mediation.
