Abstract: The article reports on the improvements that arise in the electrical and structural properties of Li-Mn-Ti ferrite with the formula Li<subscript>0.60</subscript>Mn<subscript>0.1</subscript>Ti<subscript>0.1</subscript>Fe<subscript>2.20</subscript>O<subscript>4</subscript> using novel microwave (MW) processing. It says that the formation of single phase spinel structure in both samples was confirmed by X-ray diffraction. It adds that the studies of dielectric properties as temperature function show the stability of dielectric properties with temperature.
