Abstract
- The article discusses the newspaper strike in New York City that posit a problem to companies, to promotion-minded businesses and to the general public in the U.S. in 1963. It points out that although businessmen are feeling the pressure, they are not struggling because of the strike since business failures were experienced since 1962. It indicates that while New Yorkers are informed of the news via television and radio, they miss the papers and will not lost the newspaper habit due to the strike.
