The article discusses tax policy risk in Poland which has been given a rating of 19. The country has a clear tax system while the government is pushing to make operations of local tax offices more predictable. In January 2004, the main corporate tax was lowered to 19%. Foreign investors are unlikely to be subjected to discriminatory taxes.
