COMMENTARY.

In this article the author discusses the researches related to education and cultural studies presented. He is critical on the effects of such researches on teaching, programme-building, research and development of policies in the institutional contexts of education and cultural studies in Taiwan, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Taiwan and China. Also presented are some issues related to the said topic which include the effects to education to cultural studies, and their attributes.
