Abstract
- The article presents the comment of Edward H. Rott, a reader from Bogota, Colombia on students exchange programs as a means to further relations with Latin America. It also presents his letter on the promotion of Latin American goods in U.S. and the increased U.S. investment in the Latin American industries. It also discusses the effort of Charles K. Blandin to operate the paper mill of Blandin Paper Co. in Grand Rapids, Minnesota for the benefit of the locals there.
