Abstract
- The author discusses U.S. President Barack Obama's tax reform policy and its impact on the small C corporations in the U.S. According to the author, Obama's tax reform policy is targeted to achieve revenue-neutrality, which will cause small businesses to pay more taxes. Also, the small corporations pay low effective tax rates, whereas big enterprises face higher liability per dollar of income. It is speculated that big corporations would lobby intensely for such a bill.
