Abstract
- Examines a vascular contractive activity of a kidney extract from Dahl salt-sensitive (S) rats in order to investigate whether the kidney releases a hypertensinogenic factor for developing salt-induced hypertension in S rats. Effects of extracts on mean arterial pressure (MAP) in a conscious recipient rat; Effects of extracts on vascular reactivity in aortic rings.
