Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 37-year old woman with an allergic reaction in both her axillae after using a new deodorant Mineral by Garnier & Co. in partnership with L'oreal Professionnel for two weeks. She had a jewelry skin intolerance history which she did not report. She was then treated with topical corticosteroids and there was a complete remission of her axillae lesions. The article discusses allergy, patch testing performed by Finn Chambers, and isothiazolinones.
