Pulmonary vascular complications of chronic liver disease: Pathophysiology, imaging, and treatment.

To review the pathogenesis of pulmonary vascular complications of liver disease, we discuss their clinical implications, and therapeutic considerations, with emphasis on potential reversibility of the hepatopulmonary syndrome after liver transplantation.
