Abstract
- The article offers news briefs related to orthopaedics in the U.S. The mentoring program of the U.S. Bone and Joint Decade/Initiative (USBJD/I) offers attendees the opportunity to maintain relationships with mentors until their application is funded. The Hip Society announces three awards for presentation at the 2012 Hip Society meeting, which includes the Frank Stinchfield Award. The Orthopaedic Trauma Association (OTA) is accepting applications for new members until November 1, 2011.
