Abstract

Presents a study which reported that interleukin 2-stimulated natural killer (NK) cells undergo apoptosis after binding to tumor targets and, of higher pathophysiological relevance to endothelial cells. Purification of NK cells and cytokine treatment; Measurement of cell death and apoptosis; Discussion on terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP-biotin nick-end labelling assay.
