Analyzes the relationship between deposits of A beta peptide and tau positive neuronal profiles in presenilin 1 mutation and sporadic Alzheimer's disease. Use of point counting technique and immunohistochemistry; Location of the lesions in the thickness of the cortex; Density of presenelin 1 neuronal profiles.
