Abstract
- The article focuses on the competition between Boeing Co. and Airbus SAS particularly on the narrowbody strategy of aircraft manufacturing. It says that Airbus has re-engineered its A320 aircraft to develop the A320neo aircraft. Meanwhile, Boeing Capital Corp. managing director Kostya Zolotusky notes that the company can do a re-engine and achieve similar advantages as an A320 re-engine. Zolotusky adds that the company does not on unnecessary update.
